For Flex’s final 15 years, he was its senior writer and covered bodybuilding contests and workouts around the globe. He has written thousands of articles on training, nutrition, and people with big muscles. Greg Merritt’s work for Flex has been honored in Best American Travel Writing. He is based in Southern California.
